The Perfect Phone
This phone is the only one i've seen which ticks all
boxes-Performance, battery life, build quality, screen quality, and media
capabilities. Then there is the amazing camera which takes it to a whole new
level! performance is mind blowing. Unbelievably fast doesn't feel as if there
is anything that can even push it to its capabilities. Magical product with a
very very solid battery backup that'd easily last for two days of moderate to
heavy usage. Impossible to drain the battery in a day. And it is definitely the
greatest camera ever put in a smartphone. In love with it!

Top-of-the-line but tad too expensive
It is already clear from the specs and expert reviews
that the Z1 has brilliant specs. Using it is a joy and the experience is truly
wonderful.
But...
Buyer has to be convinced that he/she truly wants to pay the astronomical price for it. I bought it because I got 15% cash back on diwali, on 44k. I now see the price is 38K. Well, that is inevitable.
Reasons to buy (briefly): Unmatched camera. It is just fantastic. I am not someone who clicks a lot but it's good to have something like this to back me when I do. Some reviews say low-light snaps aren't good. I completely disagree.
Battery is fantastic. With stamina mode - 2 days for sure with normal browsing and calls etc. Games like Asphalt will drain it though, like on any other phone.
The display is excellent too - rich, crisp images/videos.
Reasons to re-think: I bought a LG Optimus G Pro (given subsequently to father) and I still think that phone is simply awesome considering it was then priced at 35k. Z1 at the current price difference is, let's face it, indulgence.
Point is: I don't regret buying this phone but I do know slightly cheaper phones are just as good, unless you are a photo-fanatic and adventure-junkie (the waterproof feature works, tried it). And let's face it - all snapdragon processors are equally good unless you are an intensive developer/user.
LG is not paying me to say this but also look at less advertised phones - like optimus g pro. Make an informed decision. Buy Z1 if, like me, you want that slightly better feature even if it is at a premium.

I really havnt found anything wrong or lacking in this
phone,
I've been using this phone for almost 3 weeks now, my last charge lasted 2 days, on fair usage.
the camera isn't 5 star, but I ain't a photographer either, it serves me well for everyday pics, display is amazing, and looking on the bright side of other reviews videos I saw on youtube, they say that the if you have to see some video with your friend then this phone is not that good, I say if I don't want anyone to see what's on my phone screen, then this is the best choice. all in all 5 star,, well at least for another year, the other phone companies are bound to catch up soon.

I've been using this phone for almost 3 weeks now, my last charge lasted 2 days, on fair usage.

Best (only) thing I have ever bought!
I was in dire need for a good phone, and voila! I find
this on ******** of all places!
When these arrived I realized my life was so boring without these! They feature 4 amazing buttons for with a perfect aluminium perimeter finish.
Hint to all buyers, you have to sign the package when it arrives, so be there so you don't miss it!
I immediately bought a first-class ticket to the Bahamas to test this baby out. First thing I did was go scuba diving! Although I was limited to 4 meters from the surface and about twenty minutes (I didn't want to risk it) I felt like these products worked perfectly! My friend and I tested these with ease. I could converse with him while I was underwater!
My only regret is not telling my friend about the 30 minutes limit, though, as he kept it in for 31 minutes. The thing burst into flames, but guess what we found inside? Keys to a Bugati Veyron and tickets to Sunburn in Goa! Although I would've liked to keep my other handset intact, this helped with the loss.

Finest phone ever
Reasons to go for Z1:
1) What if you purchase high class phone and water spills on it mistakenly or it's in your upper pocket and rain starts suddenly falling. I faced this problem with my Iphone and now it's damaged and unusable. This phone has no such problems until you spell Whisky or Alcohol on it. So now I am safe in rainy season and I donot need that cheap plastic bag either to cover it up.
2) Rock solid. Drop it and know it. I dropped it hard during rush hour on Mumbai railway platform twice now and nothing happened so far. I suppose it's aluminium frame must be taking care of.
3) Camera is gr8, phone looks a beauty and it's feel in hands is like being a man.

NO SECOND THOUGHT.....BUY THIS BEAST..
I love this phone .OMG The pictures taken in it, its
really amazing phone.
The speed ,looks ,processor,built everything is crafted in such a beautiful manner. I used the camera for full hd video recording for continuous 9 mins and 33 sec, it did not show any signs of heating and the CPU Z temperature was 32 degreees
The only problem is the difficulty in availability of case and covers for this phone, i searched many places at last i got one with great difficulty. I hope ******** will bring new covers for sale.

1. SCREEN - if you NOT bothered about viewing angles its one of the best screens.
2. CAMERA - It has got best camera in android phones, check the night shots - its amazing!! 20MP does not mean you will get DSLR quality, take a 20MP shot and a 8MP shot, print a poster - you will see the difference
Camera issues sorted with. 257 update but auto mode still a hit or miss and display is very natural colors. Preferred it over Note 3 and outdoor photography is brilliant.
3. PERFORMANCE - snappy with no bloat wares like Samsung and LG G2 for kids.
4. VOLUME - considering water proof - it’s Ok
5. BATTERY- minimum 5+ hours On-Screen Time which is great
6. LOOKS - stunning, people could not ignore its beauty, it’s not like plastic S4 or G2
Only gripe is one handed usage. Not easy at all. The case is not easy to open or close one handed. Phone should be much smaller and bezels are quiet big.

The Xperia Z1
Bought it online here for a very good deal; Overall very
happy with the phone.
before i bought I did a complete side by side comparison with the Note 3 in Croma and Vijay Sales stores. The refresh rate of the Xperia Z1 is way higher than that of a note 3.
PROS-
Display: Brilliant! More of natural colours are reproduced compared to loud super vivid unnatural colours produced by AMOLED screens. This is indeed a very natural colour display. Even with the least brightness it works well in bright areas. Watching a Full HD Movie is an absolute pleasure! The thing about wide angle viewing is not completely sorted out but it is much better than that of Xperia Z, also the side angle viewing is not really that bad, it's decent enough.
Battery: With light usage throughout the day, easily lasts for 2-3 days from a single charge with Stamina Mode on as standby in this mode is brilliant! Even if the phone is left on overnight, the battery loses about 1% battery max! Without Stamina mode on and data traffic on in the background continuously I got about 1.5 days from full charge.
Performance: Absolutely no lag experienced. Games like Asphalt 7 run very very smoothly and looks brilliant. Multi tasking and using small apps is also great.
Calls are a very straightforward thing with voice quality being crystal clear and no issues. secondary mic works very well.
Camera: The best thing after Lumia 1020 & similar high end phones! It's burst mode works very well even in low light conditions! Low light photography is even better than a few digital camera itself! Really pleased with it's performance. Also taking close ups or Macro is brilliant and the phone supports touch capture where you can touch on the screen to tell the phone what you want to focus on and capture!
CONS:
Phone tends to heat up when using it for heavy gaming or other extensive use while charging.
Loudspeaker is on the weaker side, not too loud. (This is mostly because due to waterproofing that most experts have mentioned)
Charging takes a lot of time, about 3-4 hours when on, but its faster when switched off.
You get about 11.8GB of inbuilt storage, currently using a 64GB Sandisk class 10 Micro SD card for it, brought from Filpkart again. Premium Cover is very classy and useful.
The phone has a premium feel that does make you feel proud to spend an odd 40k on! Not many phones can match it in terms of its feel & build quality let alone beat it, but the HTC ONE comes close to matching it at least...!
This Phone is perfect if someone is looking for a good decent camera, latest hardware, premium finish materials along with Waterproofing capabilities in a smartphone in this price range!

The sexiest device ever built till date (If
you are for the premium looks...blindly go for it)

1) Excellent build (iPhone rivaling quality)
2) Nice camera (20 MP with decent quality)
3) Gorgeous screen (As sharp as you can think of). I have compared it head to head with G Note 3. Apart from the viewing angles and some deep blacks, its as good.
4) Good battery life.
5) Great sound quality (Could have been louder but crystal clear)
6) Blasting performance and buttery smooth
7) Durable with single piece aluminium frame, water & dust proofing. Even the dragontrail glass(F & B) are very hard to scratch and break as seen in the drop test videos on You-Tube.
Cons
1) Viewing angles could have been taken care of but that's not a deal breaker.....trust me...u never feel them until u deliberately hold it at an odd angle or if its more than two/three people u are sharing ur device with...
2) Comparatively large sized.Screen bezels could have been smaller. But they have their own advantages when holding it in landscape mode.
3) Operating the side flap for charging the phone may lead to wear and tear but a charging dock (DK-31) is available to help it.
4) More camera modes like in G Note 3 could have been added.
